Do you have a great idea that will benefit the environment and local economy and need a quick financial boost to get your project off the ground?

The Lake District Foundation are offering interest free repayable funding of up to £2000 for projects that will deliver environmental and economic impact.
If you are a community group, charity or a local enterprise with an idea that needs immediate finance to unlock wider environmental and economic benefit, we’d love to hear from you.
We want to support activity that diversifies the economy, and contributes to our key areas of work: Climate, heritage, Inclusion, Water, Nature.
Funding must be repaid over 3 years. Terms will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis to meet the needs of individual projects.
